Aerospace Functional Test Unit

- A custom test unit for aerospace blade testing under high-speed rotational conditions.
- SZATech’s work
- Mechanical integration and assembly of the custom test unit, bringing together the mechanical components into a functional test setup.
- Result
- The unit reached 15,000 rpm during testing. The images below show the assembled unit and a functional test scene.
Large equipment assembly on site
SZATech manufactured the custom equipment components and shipped them by sea. On-site assembly was carried out by an external assembly team coordinated by SZATech.

- The apparatus was supplied and used in the laboratory. The homepage shows it in use; the photographs below show the mechanical and fixture details.
Ultrasonic process equipment
SZATech provides vessel fabrication, mechanical integration and system adaptation. Ultrasonic generators and core ultrasonic technology are supplied by specialist suppliers.
Robot application and testing
The robot itself was not manufactured by SZATech. Our contribution was custom fabricated structures, application integration and deployment testing support.
